Welcome to Snatched By Tiff.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Snatched By Tiff website, online store, services, and purchases made through our website or other authorized sales channels.
Throughout these Terms, “Snatched By Tiff,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Snatched By Tiff. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, website visitor, or user.
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms together with any policies referenced here, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Snatched By Tiff may offer clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, fashion sets, bundles, lifestyle products, and other merchandise.
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.
We may limit quantities, discontinue merchandise, modify product offerings, or decline an order when reasonably necessary.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed and we cannot fulfill it, we may cancel the affected item or order and provide the appropriate refund for the amount paid for the canceled merchandise.

8. FRAUD & UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
Snatched By Tiff may cancel, hold, request additional verification for, or decline transactions that reasonably appear fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, or inconsistent with normal purchasing activity.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us so we can investigate.
Nothing in these Terms limits any lawful rights you may have through your financial institution, payment provider, card network, or applicable consumer-protection law.
Snatched By Tiff reserves the right to provide relevant transaction, order, delivery, and communication records when responding to payment disputes or suspected fraudulent claims.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping methods, available rates, and applicable estimated delivery information are provided at checkout.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Detailed shipping rules, including address errors, returned packages, carrier delays, missing packages, and damaged shipments, are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Returns, exchanges, store credit, final-sale merchandise, damaged products, incorrect items, and return eligibility are governed by the Snatched By Tiff Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in that policy, ordinary eligible returns may be resolved through store credit or exchange rather than a cash refund.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.
11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Eligible unfulfilled orders may be submitted for cancellation within the cancellation window displayed in our current return and cancellation rules.
Our current standard cancellation-request window is 1 hour after an order is placed, provided fulfillment has not already begun or been completed.
A cancellation request is not guaranteed until Snatched By Tiff confirms that the order has been successfully canceled.
12. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & COUPONS
Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, free-shipping offers, giveaways, bundles, and other special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Discounts may not be combined.
- Offers may have eligibility requirements or expiration dates.
- Promotional pricing may apply only to designated products.
- Previous purchases may not qualify for later promotions.
- Discounts may be limited to one use per customer, household, account, or order.
We reserve the right to correct or cancel promotions that contain material errors or are being used fraudulently or contrary to their stated terms.
13. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Merchandise clearly identified as Final Sale, Clearance, or otherwise non-returnable before purchase is subject to the restrictions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review all final-sale designations before completing checkout.
14. BUNDLES & SETS
Products purchased together as a bundle, coordinated set, promotional package, or special offer may have additional return requirements.
Unless otherwise approved, items purchased as a bundle or set may need to be returned together to qualify for an eligible return or exchange.

15. GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT
Gift cards and store credit, when available, are subject to the terms displayed at issuance or redemption and applicable law.
Gift cards are generally not eligible for ordinary merchandise returns or cash redemption except where required by law.
Store credit has no cash value except where otherwise required by applicable law.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Snatched By Tiff website and its original content, including our brand name, logos, graphics, photographs owned by us, videos, written copy, product descriptions created by us, designs, layouts, marketing materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Snatched By Tiff and are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may use our website for personal shopping and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, republish, sell, exploit, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially use our protected content without permission.
Nothing in these Terms gives Snatched By Tiff ownership of trademarks, copyrights, photographs, designs, or other intellectual property belonging to third parties.
17. REVIEWS, COMMENTS & USER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, social-media tag, or other content to Snatched By Tiff, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, obscene, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.
We will not knowingly alter a legitimate customer review merely to misrepresent the customer’s opinion.
Any separate permission needed to use customer photographs or other protected content in advertising or marketing will be handled as appropriate.
18. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website, services, or systems to:

- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt fraud or payment abuse

Our store is hosted using Shopify technology, and Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, process transactions, prevent fraud, provide checkout services, and perform other authorized functions.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

This provision does not require a consumer to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

26. NO WAIVER
If Snatched By Tiff does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically waive our right to enforce that provision later.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with policies incorporated by reference and any product-specific or promotional terms presented at purchase, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Snatched By Tiff regarding use of our store and services.
If a product-specific term conflicts with a general provision, the more specific term will control for that particular offer to the extent permitted by law.
