RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item may not work out. Please review our return policy before purchasing.
RETURN WINDOW
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Eligible in-person purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
RETURN CONDITION
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, perfume, pet hair, alterations, washing, damage, or missing tags or packaging will not be accepted.
REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES
Unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to an error by Snatched By Tiff, eligible returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange. We do not provide cash refunds for ordinary change-of-mind, fit, size, or preference returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Snatched By Tiff is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Do not mail a return without authorization. Approved return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your return request is accepted.
If Snatched By Tiff sends the wrong item or you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review and correct the issue. When the error is ours, we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
SHOES
Shoes must be unworn, free of marks or sole wear, and returned with the original shoe box and packaging. Please try shoes on a clean, protected surface.
HANDBAGS & ACCESSORIES
Handbags and accessories must be unused and returned with all tags, protective coverings, straps, accessories, dust bags, and original packaging provided with the item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items clearly marked Final Sale or Clearance, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive merchandise that cannot reasonably be resold are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise required by law.
Additional products or collections may be designated Final Sale before purchase.
BUNDLES & SETS
Items purchased as part of a bundle or matching set must be returned together and meet all return eligibility requirements unless otherwise approved by Snatched By Tiff. Individual pieces from a promotional bundle may not be eligible for separate return or exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped. A cancellation request is not guaranteed until confirmed by Snatched By Tiff.
IN-PERSON PURCHASES
The same merchandise-condition requirements apply to eligible in-person purchases. Proof of purchase is required. Approved returns will generally be handled through exchange or store credit unless otherwise required by law.
RETURN REVIEW
All returns are inspected before store credit, exchange, or any applicable refund is issued. Snatched By Tiff reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements stated above.
